Every delivery cost, dispatch date, and delivery update lives inside the buyer account at the retail partner. We do not hold purchase records. When a parcel is late, damaged, or lost in transit, contact the customer support team at that retail partner directly. When a return is accepted there, the payment goes back through that partner account.
