This catalogue does not sell items and holds no inventory. Every return goes through the retail partner where the item was purchased.

Nothing returns to this address

Nothing ships from here, and we never handle the parcel. We run a reference list, not a shop. Boxes sent to our San Diego mailing address cannot be processed and will get stuck. Start every return on the website where the purchase happened.

Handling returns at the retailer

Log into your account at the retail partner to start a return. The purchase record there holds the return button and the current dates. Return rules, cutoff windows and how the payment goes back are set by that seller and appear before you submit the request.

Check the listing rules first

Personal care items and ingestible goods are often final sale once unsealed. Opened bottles of batana oil, opened tablet bottles and used toothpaste tubes may not be eligible to go back. Check the specific listing rules on the seller page. Checking the ingredient list before buying avoids unnecessary returns.
